How long does it take to get my new website online?
It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to build a website from start to finish, provided that we have all information and copywriting from you. Project timeline will vary based on complexity of the projects and we would have regular project meetings to ensure the project is completed within reasonable timeline.
How much does a website cost?
Cost of a website could range from RM2,000 for simple and basic websites and can even range up to RM50,000 above if your requirements are more complex and unique. Do reach out to a Rebrand Consultant if you were looking for something more unique or have questions for some of our web design packages. We’ll definitely like to speak with you.
How do we start a project?
Our project onboarding is quite simple as we will guide you step by step. We will create cloud spaces so that you could place all the necessary information and materials for project kickstarting. Let us handle the rest after you’ve completed the material uploading and wait for a brand new website.
What kind of materials you need from me?
We will provide a checklist for information and content preparation once you’ve ordered from Rebrand.

How do I receive payments from my website when customers make purchases?
We will suggest a few payment vendors (PayPal, KiplePay, iPay88 and etc) for you in order for you to choose which payment vendor suits you.
Each of the vendor have different terms and conditions (ie: Setup Fee, Annual Fee, Transaction Fee) in which these costs were to bear by you. We would only help you to perform integration between your website and payment vendor.
Can you help me source photos for my website?
Yes, definitely! All of our packages comes with free sourcing of royalty free stock images so that you could use in your website. We also provide photography and videography if you are looking to create quality photos and videos for your business.
How does the payment process work?
All of our packages starts with a 50% Deposit and 50% Completion when the website is live and ready.
Can you help me rebrand or update my existing website that was built by another company?
